Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Absolutely! Please carefully review sizing information before purchasing. We have a hassle-free return policy for size exchanges. Additionally, we offer full refunds for return items, unworn new with tags, made within 7 days.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We generally process orders within 1-2 business days, not including holidays and weekends, and quick delivery so you can enjoy your new outfits promptly. USPS Priority Mail service generally offers tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once it's shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the USA. We're working on expanding soon.
Are your clothes machine washable?
Most of our clothing items are hand washable, to preserve your pieces. Check care instructions on each product.
